OPEN-SOURCE SOFTWARE

Third-Party Notices

Wavulate includes open-source and third-party software. Each component remains subject to its own license; these notices do not alter those terms.

Inventory and license texts

The generated dependency inventory lists installed npm runtime dependencies, Python distributions, Electron/Chromium, and FFmpeg, with available license/notice files. Font families and their SIL Open Font License texts are documented in the font notices. The license and notice files from the licenses folder are available as a single compressed text document.

Wavulate downloads the Systran faster-whisper Medium model on first use rather than bundling model weights. The selected repository, immutable revision, and model-card license identifier are recorded in the model notice.

Important FFmpeg notice

This build bundles FFmpeg 6.1.1 essentials from Gyan.dev. Its build configuration enables GPL components, including GPL-licensed codecs. The supplied FFmpeg license text and build/source reference are included in the inventory. The distributor must separately verify applicable source and corresponding-source obligations for the exact distributed binary.

FFmpeg source-status note

The technical assessment found no specific GPL-required source file, build-control script, or compilation/installation instruction demonstrably missing from the assembled candidate based on the evidence reviewed. This narrow finding does not establish that the candidate is complete or that recipient access is in place. The full FFmpeg source-status note describes the evidence, scope, and limitations.

The inventory is generated from the current workspace's installed dependencies. It is not legal clearance or a substitute for checking the exact installer package, model, bundled runtime, and distribution obligations before release.
