Website Privacy
Public site data
The GWOS website is intended as a public information site. Direct contact happens through email links,
external platforms, or services the visitor chooses to open.
Do not send sensitive personal, clinical, student, legal, or confidential information through casual
website contact unless a proper agreement and secure process has been established.
YouTube API Services
Audio Nexus live chat data
Audio Nexus may use YouTube API Services to support the public GrimmWare OS live broadcast. This use is
limited to operational broadcast functions such as locating the active live stream, reading live chat
messages, posting limited channel responses, and showing relevant track, artist, phase, and station context.
By using Audio Nexus features connected to YouTube, users are also subject to the
YouTube Terms of Service,
the Google Privacy Policy,
and YouTube API Services requirements.
GrimmWare Operating Systems does not sell YouTube API data. Audio Nexus does not provide a public login,
does not ask viewers to connect their Google Account, and does not use live chat data to build viewer
advertising profiles.
Live chat interaction logs may be kept only as short-term operational records for debugging, moderation review,
and improving broadcast behavior. Deletion requests or privacy questions may be sent to
hello@grimmwareos.com.
The authorized channel account can revoke this service's Google access at any time from
Google Account permissions.
Site Terms
Use of GWOS public services
The public GWOS website, Broadcast Lab pages, Audio Nexus stream embeds, product pages, and support links are
provided for information, discovery, product support, and public broadcast access.
Visitors should not misuse, disrupt, scrape, impersonate, attack, or attempt to reverse engineer GWOS public
services or connected platform integrations. Third-party platforms linked from this site remain governed by
their own terms, policies, and account controls.
P.A.C.T. Privacy Position
Local-first by design
P.A.C.T. is designed around visible, local accountability. Its product posture is no hidden monitoring,
no cloud report dashboard, no remote viewing, and no online storage of Guardian Vault reports.
P.A.C.T. is not marketed as spyware, secret surveillance, a keylogger, a screen recorder, or a complete
operating-system lockdown tool.
PACT Browser Link Extension Privacy Boundary
Local extension boundary
PACT Browser Link is a companion browser extension for the locally installed PACT Desktop app. It is used
during visible protected sessions to provide browser context that PACT Desktop cannot reliably obtain on its own.
During an active protected session, PACT Browser Link may provide PACT Desktop with limited active-tab context,
including the active domain, full active URL, page title, open-tab metadata, connection status, and relevant
matched/offending page or metadata text associated with a detected alarm state.
This information is used only for session scope enforcement, alarm handling, and local Guardian report generation.
For example, when an alarm state is triggered, PACT may record the active domain, active URL, page title, and
relevant detected metadata so the Guardian report can explain why the alarm occurred.
PACT Browser Link does not create a general browsing-history log. It does not record every site visited, does not
capture keystrokes, does not read passwords, does not collect cookies, does not capture messages or form contents
by default, does not take screenshots by default, and does not upload raw browser activity to GrimmWare Operating Systems.
Browser Link data is sent only to the local PACT Desktop app on the same device and is stored locally only when
needed for protected-session reporting.
Product Limits
No absolute guarantee
Accountability software can support supervision, but it cannot guarantee intent, prevent every user action,
defeat every operating-system escape route, or make OCR and browser-context detection perfect.
P.A.C.T. reports should be read as structured local detection records, not as a replacement for guardian,
clinical, educational, or professional judgment.
Use Context
Supervised environments
P.A.C.T. is intended for visible supervised sessions where the guardian or responsible adult has the authority
to configure the device, define the session scope, review local reports, and respond to incidents.
Users should comply with applicable laws, school policies, clinical policies, workplace rules, and consent
requirements in their jurisdiction and environment.
