Effective October 24, 2026 · Applies to Wavulate v1.0.0

These terms are a plain-language notice for Wavulate, published by GrimmWare Operating Systems. By installing or using Wavulate, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with applicable third-party licenses. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

Your media and output

You are responsible for having the rights, permissions, and any required consents for audio, lyrics, images, video, names, and branding that you load into Wavulate or publish in a render. Wavulate does not grant rights to third-party content. You are responsible for reviewing transcription, timing, and rendered output before distributing it.

Software and output

Wavulate may change, contain errors, or fail to preserve work. Keep independent copies of important source media and finished renders. Transcription, lyric alignment, visual effects, and export results are provided as tools and are not guaranteed to be accurate, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose.

Third-party components

Wavulate includes third-party software and fonts. Their own license terms apply and are listed in the Third-Party Notices. These terms do not replace or restrict rights granted by those licenses.

Disclaimer and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Wavulate is provided “as is” without warranties. Nothing in this notice excludes a warranty or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits any mandatory consumer rights. No governing-law or venue term is specified in this general worldwide notice.
